The SCP81 install row now carries the same fields as the SCP80/RAM form: install parameters (default C900), STK parameters (CA TLV) and make selectable. An UICC applet install can require STK parameters; without them the card answers INSTALL [for install] with SW 6A80 (incorrect parameters in data field). RU strings added; service worker v150.
