feat: Gregorian default calendar, Hymnal label, day header cleanup

- Default calendar type julian -> gregorian (new installs only)
- EN nav 'Sbornik' -> 'Hymnal', section title -> 'Liturgical Hymnal'
- Day header: text-sm on date lines, weekday dropped from Julian line,
  order: Julian / day-title / Gregorian
