Before this patch:

  $ ./pySim-shell.py -p 0
  Card reader initialization failed with an exception of type:
  <class 'pySim.exceptions.ReaderError'>

after:

  $ ./pySim-shell.py -p 0
  Card reader initialization failed with exception:
  No reader found for number 0
