catarrh 3b54e130c2 README: call the tapped endpoint a device in the diagrams ...

The right-hand node is not necessarily a card reader: the tap works with
any device, and phone captures are the main use case.  Rename it to
"Device" / "Устройство" in both diagrams and in their alt text and
descriptions.
