v3.25.2 review: the guide's stale TR example and the AGENTS wording

The authoring guide's run-log sample still showed the CR-set device
identities (TR=81030125008202...); the builders now emit 02 02, so the
example reads TR=81030125000202....  The AGENTS tag-variant bullet now
says "identical parsed values" - the header parser's returned
command-details tag follows the style by design.
