Replace the 'workbench' tagline and 4-item bullet list with 'all-in-one'
(всё в одном) and a 5-item overview that adds the file manager (decoded
views, FCP/FCI and access rules) and names the APDU/OTA/simulator/
profiler tools the same way in both languages.
