README: point the demo and news links at the new project domains

The demo frontend moved off the shared news domain to a dedicated one:

- demo: https://simple.atroshin.ru -> https://simsimple.ru
- project news: https://atroshin.ru -> https://sim-tools.ru

Both old addresses redirect, so no link breaks; the READMEs now name the
canonical destinations (the Related tools paragraph included).
