Remove the accidentally committed runtime log

simple_lastrun_fetch_loop.log (142 KB of live-loop debug output)
slipped into af00932 - the repo only ignored the exact name
simple_lastrun.log.  The file is removed from the index and .gitignore
now covers simple_lastrun*.log, so the variants stay local.

865 Python + 883 frontend (unchanged).
