docs: qualify the RFM SELECT note (UICC shared FS vs ADF RFM)
The scripted-SELECT note cited TS 102 226 7.2 alone although the paragraph right above lists both B00000 and B00001: 7.2 is the UICC shared FS RFM application (implicitly selected in MF), while an ADF RFM application starts in its ADF (7.3). Also says the script has no *use* for an FCI rather than nowhere to put it.
