catarrh cab54a5504 ui: order the Remote APDU pills RAM/GP, Expanded Script ...

Swap the two pills in the Remote APDU view (SIM RFM, USIM RFM, RAM/GP,
Expanded Script, HTTP OTA, C-APDU Parser, Response parser) and keep the
subtab-toggling name list in the same order.  Pill order updated in help
EN/RU, READMEs and AGENTS; sw cache -> simple-v245; version stays 3.4.0.
