Replace the <select multiple size=4> filter with a single-row button that
expands into a scrollable checkbox menu (All + Custom files, then the
Identifiers/PLMN/Services headings with the categories and per-service
options), mirroring simtrace-analyser's command filter.
- pysimFsFilterSummary/Label, pysimFsFilterToggle, pysimFsFilterSetEntry
(all-exclusive, empty -> all) and a rewritten pysimFsFilterRender;
pysimFsSetFilter is gone.
- Closes on outside click and Escape. i18n: "Selected: {n}".
- No CSS rebuild needed (swapped to utility classes already in the
prebuilt style.css).
Frontend 1146 tests green. (Version/sw bump still deferred.)
