- the actions table still named the drain kind `proactive` (the rename swept
the prose but missed the table row);
- the `por` check paragraph carried the pre-3.21.0 rule (the command-count
bound): the response form follows the command's TAR and a short reply is
raw too - now cross-referenced to "The three status words";
- the event action's `src`: the editor writes the event's own source
(network for MT call / IMS registration), a hand-written step without
`src` is sent as the terminal;
- the format line notes the kind was `proactive` until 3.22.1;
- the cleanup section notes that each suite member ends the same way, the
"no actions" note names the ok drain, and the polling limitation mentions
proactive-drain.
