Subject: [PATCH] README: point the hosted UI and news links at the new project
 domains

The hosted UI moved off the shared news domain to a dedicated one:

- hosted UI: https://simtrace.atroshin.ru -> https://simtrace.ru
- project news: https://atroshin.ru -> https://sim-tools.ru

Both old addresses redirect, so no link breaks; the READMEs now name the
canonical destinations (the Related tools paragraph included).
