Eric Wild a65fb1e319 clang build support ...

Supposed to be used with https://github.com/ARM-software/LLVM-embedded-toolchain-for-Arm
+ distro provided binutils-arm-none-eabi package, might provide better and more reliable
binary sizes, especially for the bootloader.

Just run USE_CLANG=1 make
