Debug UART
----------
The debug UART configuration is 921600 8N1, TTL 3.3V.
On the simtrace 2 use either a 2.5 mm stereo headphone connector (tip = TX, ring = RX, sleeve = GND)
or the nearby DEBUG port (pin 1 = GND, pin 4 = TX, pin 5 = RX).
