Vadim Yanitskiy bdac3f61be Bump minimum required construct version to v2.9.51 ...

With this version I can get all unittests passing:

  python -m unittest discover tests/

We're passing argument 'path' to stream_read_entire(), which was
added in [1] and become available since v2.9.51.
