pySim-shell_test: disable test_list_and_rm_notif

The testcase euicc.test_list_and_rm_notif fails due to a problem
with the eUICC. The eUICC reports the following error when a
delete notification attempt is made:

"delete_notification_status": "undefinedError"

Let's temporarily disable this testcase until the problem is resolved.
