Checking in pySim-fairwaves-prog.py utility.
This utility is an example utility for programming Fairwaves SIM cards. The original pySim-prog.py utility is already bloated with features and is difficult to modify so we decided to create a leaner and easier to maintain and modify version. Change-Id: I9f58e1b45d1785d59cef161eab1388332a97936b
