Philipp Maier 7f2cb157c8 osmo-smdpp: update commandline help and default port ...

osmo-smdpp has built-in TLS support for some time now. Let's update
update the commandline help to be more concise.

Since the built-in SSL/TLS support is enabled by default, let's also
update the default port from 8000 to 443.
