docs/shell: fix copy-paste typos in editor command descriptions

Two adjacent commands (`edit_record_decoded`, `edit_binary_decoded`)
had identical copy-pasted error messages with three typos each:

  "modificatiosn" -> "modifications"
  "us the"        -> "use the"
  "comamdn"       -> "command"
